Barbara will help you plan menus, recipes, and eating out choices to fit your busy life style. No matter how great the theory looks on paper, the question is, “all right then, what will I eat for dinner. A family member is an insulin dependent diabetic, and she understands about meal planning and eating out concerns. She knows what is available in the health food and grocery stores in terms of both foods and supplements. If you need a shopping trip, that is also available. She makes no commission on any health food products sold.

If needed, Barbara will suggest new lab work. Her expertise is in the planning and the functional nutritional interpretation of, routine or highly complex and far-reaching, laboratory tests. Perhaps it is the dozens of hours a week she spends on the Internet researching medical and nutrition journals that allows her to do this so well. It is not necessary, however, for you to have a scrap of lab work for a beneficial consultation.

Follow Up Sessions: the purpose is to let you ask questions and for Barbara to motivate, monitor and refocus the programs where ever it is necessary.
She sells no supplements in her office, but uses her experience to know, compare and choose the very best supplements and foods for you from the vast array available. Barbara will tell you what to take, where to get them, when to take them, and why.
